The Malaysia Association of Energy Service Companies (MAESCO) successfully conducted its Air Conditioning System training programme on 5–6 August 2026, bringing together energy professionals committed to enhancing their technical competency in building energy efficiency.
This two-day programme, accredited for 16 Continuous Development Programme (CDP) Hours, is recognised as a Mandatory Topic for Registered Energy Manager (REM) Type 1. The training forms part of MAESCO’s ongoing commitment to supporting the professional development of Registered Energy Managers and promoting best practices in energy management.
Throughout the programme, participants gained valuable knowledge on the principles, operation, performance evaluation, and optimisation of air conditioning systems. The sessions also highlighted practical energy-saving strategies, system maintenance, operational efficiency, and opportunities to reduce energy consumption in commercial and industrial facilities.
The interactive learning environment encouraged participants to exchange experiences, discuss real-world case studies, and explore practical solutions that can be implemented in their respective organisations.
At the conclusion of the programme, participants who successfully completed the training were awarded Certificates of Completion and 16 CDP Hours, contributing towards their professional competency requirements.
MAESCO congratulates all participants on their successful completion of the programme and extends its appreciation to the trainer for sharing valuable technical knowledge and industry experience.
As a Registered Training Institution (RTI) recognised by the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga), MAESCO remains committed to delivering high-quality training programmes that strengthen Malaysia’s energy management capabilities and support the implementation of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2024.
We look forward to welcoming more energy professionals to our upcoming training programmes
